Coaching Qualifications, Courses & Resources

All coaches are are expected to:

Complete Disclosure & Barring Service process

Attend a RFU Play it Safe course (CPD) at least every three years

Follow and understand safeguarding procedures as set out in the policy, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for players, volunteers and spectators.

Attend at least 2 CPD courses per year

Follow the Code of Conduct & Rugby Ethos set by the RFU & Vale of Lune

To ensure the emotional, physical and psychological development of each child and help to increase their lifelong enjoyment of the game
