Vale of Lune RUFC

The Vale of Lune RUFC welcomes girls from Year 7 and up, to play in Under 12s, Under 14s, Under 16s and under 18s.

We are part of a network called Tri Counties Tigers, training at Vale and other local clubs, such as Kirkby Lonsdale and Kendal. We encourage lift sharing to training and games. Girls train on Wednesdays and train or play matches on Sundays. We have had success at all age categories and will always welcome new players or returning girls or those moving up into Under 12s.

Our coaches are RFU qualified, DBS checked and very skilled in coaching girls. If your daughter wants to be part of a fun, inclusive team sport, make new friends from across the north of England and take part in regular games and festivals, come along for a taster session!
