Dear Member,
This is your new membership card. It allows you a generous discount at the club bar. We ask that you do not abuse this benefit provided by your club.
PLEASE NOTE
· This card is personal to the member and strictly NOT TRANSFERABLE;
· The card MUST be presented with every purchase made by the named member ;
· If payment is by card, the name on the payment card must correspond with the name on the membership card;
· No card – No discount
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE CONDITIONS WILL RESULT IN CARD DEACTIVATION
Lost cards will be replaced at a cost to the member of £2.00
